      <image:caption>2017 marked the origination of CBSF activity, when the George and Betty Harbaugh Charitable Foundation confirmed a multi-year grant to beautify the former Carpenteria Parkway, now named the Harbaugh Seaside Parkway. The landscaped walkway extends along the southern end of the Cardiff Rail Trail near busy San Elijo Avenue and is maintained by the City of Encinitas, featuring native plants and interpretive signs.</image:caption>
